Salary Range: $140,000 - $165,000 + Comprehensive Benefits
Ledgent, a Roth Staffing Company, is partnering with a well-established manufacturing client in Sacramento, CA, to identify an experienced Plant Controller. This is a unique opportunity for a finance professional with a background in manufacturing who is passionate about collaboration and driving business success. In this role, you'll act as a key business partner, working closely with operations, sales, and HR leaders within the organization. You'll not only oversee traditional accounting and financial functions but also provide strategic insight on operational and financial goals to the plant leadership team.
This onsite position requires excellent cross-functional communication skills and experience working heavily with operations and plant employees to achieve results.
You will be an integral part of the location's leadership team, representing the finance function while building relationships across departments. You'll directly contribute to the financial success of the organization, analyzing results and supporting key projects.
